Receptionist Position At VHB

VHB's headquarters in Watertown, MA is looking for a receptionist to provide a variety of services within the office.

Answers and transfers phone calls. Operates office equipment (e.g., telephone, computer, fax machine, copier). Assists with building management and facilities tasks, which may include organizing and cleaning office space, managing kitchen and breakroom inventory, office supply procurement, and other office services.

Accepts and tracks packages and other deliveries to the office.

Assists facilities and administrative staff as needed.

Performs occasional administrative duties (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying).

Participates in professional and personal development aligned with career goals.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional customer service abilities with an emphasis on timely response.

0-2 years of related experience in a professional office setting.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM 5 PM in office.
