Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) in Little Rock

Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a bright and talented Occupational Therapist (OT) to "Build and Inspire Growth" by providing education-based therapy services to students located in Little Rock for the School Year!

  • Full or part‑time position servicing Early Childhood Program for Little Rock School District pre‑school and head start programs throughout the district.

REQUIREMENTS

  • OT State Licensure

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based intervention plans tailored to each student’s goals.
  • Provide therapeutic services to improve daily living skills, motor coordination, sensory processing, and school participation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into classroom and educational activities.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and recommendations to support student success.
  • Monitor progress regularly, adjusting intervention plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and compliance reports.
  • Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through research and professional development.
