About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medications
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
- Empower residents to maintain their independence and dignity
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
