We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help support our project managers, operation team members.
You will assist with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and documenting business processes.
- Creating charts and graphics of data for reporting purposes.
- Working with project management tools.
- Assisting the lead generation team and other members as needed.
- Assisting with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate on a daily basis.
- Ability to organize and multitask successfully.
- Basic knowledge of business procedures and strategies.
- Demonstrable experience with data analysis and research.
- Great planning abilities.
- Incredibly fast learner.
