We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help support our project managers, operation team members.

You will assist with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and documenting business processes.
  • Creating charts and graphics of data for reporting purposes.
  • Working with project management tools.
  • Assisting the lead generation team and other members as needed.
  • Assisting with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate on a daily basis.
  • Ability to organize and multitask successfully.
  • Basic knowledge of business procedures and strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience with data analysis and research.
  • Great planning abilities.
  • Incredibly fast learner.
