In this role, you'll be a key part of the production process—assembling, packaging, and preparing high-quality snowplow and ice control products.Key Responsibilities:Perform bench and structural assembly, boxing, and bagging operationsOperate various machines and tools including conveyors, bagging machines, and strapping toolsMaintain quality standards and follow work instructionsKeep the work area safe, clean, and organized (5-S practices)Participate in team initiatives and trainingReport any issues to team leads or supervisorsUse material handling equipment safelyAssist in preventative maintenance and other assigned tasksWhat We’re Looking For:A team player with a strong work ethicCommitment to safety and product qualityAbility to follow instructions and meet production goalsWillingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment Ready to work with a great team and build something that matters?
