Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for building and repairing fixtures and structures. This role involves performing essential maintenance and repairs on plumbing and electrical systems (under 24 volts), as well as providing routine upkeep for forklifts, machinery, and equipment used in our warehouse and ancillary businesses. Additionally, you will contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and repair various fixtures and structures.
• Repair plumbing and electrical systems under 24 volts.
• Conduct routine maintenance on forklifts and machinery.
• Perform general janitorial duties and maintenance of warehouse and grounds.
