Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

RN Supervisor – Non-Medical Home Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide supervisory and compliance oversight for our Non-Medical Home Care agency serving Medicaid clients. The RN will support care planning, staff oversight, and documentation compliance

Responsibilities:

• Complete client assessments and reassessments.• Review and update care plans.• Provide caregiver supervision and support.• Ensure compliance with Idaho Medicaid requirements.• Maintain accurate documentation and records.• Participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license.• Home care or Medicaid experience preferred.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Reliable transportation.

Position Type:

• Part-Time or Contract• Flexible Schedule• Hybrid Position

Compensation:

• $100 per completed Care Plan.• Additional compensation available for assessments and supervisory duties.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This is a contract position expected to continue through November or December 2026.

Pay:

$45–$55 per hour
