$1.25 /hr shift differential

Responsibilities
Operate and Support Automated Production Lines – Assist with operating and monitoring automated machine lines; follow standard work instructions to keep production running smoothly and safely.
Material Handling and Line Feeding – Load and unload raw materials and packaging components; stage materials at the line and keep flow consistent to prevent downtime.
Quality Checks and Basic Measurements – Perform periodic in-process checks and basic measurements to confirm products meet quality standards; document checks as required.
Sanitation and Work Area Organization – Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace; follow GMP and food-safety expectations throughout the shift.
Teamwork and Shift Support – Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors; communicate issues, support changeovers, and step into new stations as training progresses.
