Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job description:
Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service-level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency , ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Shifts Available
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM, MondayFriday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM, MondayFriday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- 3rd shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM, MondayFriday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
Meet daily production schedules and turnaround-time requirements
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process
Follow all safety protocols and company policies/procedures
Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner
Perform routine equipment checks and report operational concerns to management
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
Previous production/manufacturing/mailing/machine-operation experience preferred (not required)
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (average lifting up to 25 lbs)
Ability to use manual pallet jacks
Comfortable working in an air-conditioned production environment
