Responsibilities

Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures

Inspecting parts for defects or damage

Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Competencies

Core Competencies: Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery

Delivery Competency - Be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics

Competency - Be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers

Competency - Be able to communicate effectively

Experience - Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detail

Competency - Following safety procedures and guidelines
