Pay: $90,000 – $200,000 per year - 20% commission based on performance

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and clear communication to customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company values
• Possess tools for the trade and knowledge to use such tools safely to perform job duties
• Manage time efficiently to fulfill work orders
• Willingness to learn in an ever-evolving industry and to stay on top of industry standards
• Knowledge in refrigeration theory and system diagnostics with multiple HVAC applications

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• EPA Type II (required)
• Strong understanding of refrigeration, heating, and electrical systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• NATE certifications or willingness to obtain within one year

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekend on-call rotation (Once a month), year-round work
