Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges.
