We primarily serve the television production and entertainment industries, with clients including Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and HGTV!
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and manage general ledger for a variety of businesses
- Manage day to day A/P, A/R, and payroll for various clients
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries
- Prepare payroll tax reports and post payroll entries
- Prepare monthly and/or quarterly financial statements
- Research accounting and financial issues as needed
- Maintain internal controls and best practices for clients
- Assist in 1099 and W-2 reporting
- Ad hoc reporting as directed by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's degree a plus
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Willingness to engage with clients on a regular basis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online a plus
- Knowledge/experience with general accounting functions, account reconciliation/analysis, and preparation of financial statements
- Experience with payroll and payroll reporting functions is a plus

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
