We primarily serve the television production and entertainment industries, with clients including Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and HGTV!

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and manage general ledger for a variety of businesses
  • Manage day to day A/P, A/R, and payroll for various clients
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries
  • Prepare payroll tax reports and post payroll entries
  • Prepare monthly and/or quarterly financial statements
  • Research accounting and financial issues as needed
  • Maintain internal controls and best practices for clients
  • Assist in 1099 and W-2 reporting
  • Ad hoc reporting as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's degree a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Willingness to engage with clients on a regular basis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Proficient in Quickbooks Online a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with general accounting functions, account reconciliation/analysis, and preparation of financial statements
  • Experience with payroll and payroll reporting functions is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
