Executive Housekeeper (Full-Time) – North Miami Beach, FL

A private family in North Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, highly professional Executive Housekeeper to join their household team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual with exceptional standards, outstanding references, and a proven track record of longevity in previous roles.

The ideal candidate will have a background as a Chief Stewardess on private yachts and, preferably, experience working in a high-end private residence. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a staffed household that includes children.

Schedule & Compensation

•Monday–Friday

•Full-time position

•$40 per hour

Responsibilities

•Maintain the home to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

•Perform detailed housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

•Oversee household organization and inventory management

•Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations

•Assist with special projects and household preparations as needed

•Ensure all household areas are guest-ready at all times

Requirements

•Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on a private yacht strongly preferred

•Prior experience working in a private residence preferred

•Impeccable, verifiable references

•Demonstrated longevity in previous positions

•Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

•Ability to work as part of a team in a fully staffed home

•Professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor

•Comfortable working in a household with children

•Legally authorized to work in the United States
