Job Description
CSCI Consulting is seeking experienced SAP Analytics Reporting SMEs with Alteryx expertise to support a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Department of War (DoW) environment. This role will drive data analytics, reporting, and automation capabilities to improve financial auditability and global transportation logistics.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, streamline data processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and automation
Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business and executive stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across analytics pipelines
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using Alteryx
Support SAP data integration, reporting, and migration activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting solutions
Minimum Requirements
U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI development
Advanced experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including data integration or migration
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles
Strong communication skills with ability to brief technical and executive stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting DoW or federal logistics programs
SAP S/4HANA or public sector SAP experience
Experience with data migration or enterprise transformation programs
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
Past experience working with a Federal agency
Department of War experience is a plus!
