Housekeeper Residential and Commercial Cleaning

Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking experienced cleaners to join our team. This opportunity offers approximately 30-40 hours of work per week, focusing on move-out, residential, and commercial cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Services: Provide top-quality cleaning for move-out, residential, and commercial properties based on specific job requirements and standards.
• Team Work: Operate as part of a team, where you'll benefit from hands on training, materials supplied to you, and systems/practices that help you in your day-to-day work.
• Independent Work: Manage your own time and tasks effectively, ensuring all cleaning jobs are completed to a high standard using our proven methods.
• Flexibility: Adapt to different cleaning environments and meet the specific needs of each job assignment.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with management to coordinate schedules, access job details, and report on completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience, with proficiency in residential, commercial, and move-out cleaning.
• Availability: Approximately 30-40 hours per week to dedicate to cleaning assignments.
• Must be available from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
• Independent/Team Operation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to efficiently manage multiple cleaning tasks.
• Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour.

Additional Information:

• Supplies and training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling to various job sites.
• This position is Monday-Friday (Saturdays are available, but not required)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour with possibility of raise after 90 days

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
