Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead)
Service Staff colleagues travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch located in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.
Essential Functions
- Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
- Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- If needed, supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross‑selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on client needs.
- Driving is an essential function of this role; employees must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $21.50 - $24.00/hour
