Role Description

As an Entry-Level Business Partner, you will learn how to educate families, build trusted relationships, and grow an independent financial services business.

New partners receive support with the licensing process for their state or province. After completing the required licensing steps, training continues in client education, business development, leadership, technology, and team building.

You will learn how to:

• Help families understand life insurance and living benefits
• Explain financial topics in a clear and respectful way
• Build relationships within your community
• Develop a flexible part-time or full-time business
• Use modern technology and business systems
• Grow through personal production and leadership
• Support and mentor future business partners
