JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Executive Chef

SUMMARY:

Executive Chef opportunity at Paradies Lagardère’s Bourbon Pub, leading all back-of-house operations, culinary standards, and menu execution. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures consistent food quality, safety, sanitation, and presentation in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

The Executive Chef supports all BOH positions as needed while supervising, coaching, and developing kitchen staff and sous chefs. Responsibilities also include inventory, ordering, and light administrative duties.

This role partners with the General Manager to drive financial performance, achieve P&L goals, and deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience.
