Senior Product Director, Commodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM)

Position Overview
iRely is seeking an experienced Senior Product Director to lead the vision, strategy, and growth of our Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) software portfolio.
This position is ideal for an industry expert with extensive experience in commodity trading, risk management, derivatives, and enterprise software who can bridge business strategies with technology innovation. The successful candidate will serve as the product leader for iRely's CTRM platform, partnering closely with executive leadership, customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams to deliver innovative software solutions that solve complex business challenges across commodity markets.
This individual will oversee the complete CTRM product portfolio while driving product vision, market strategy, and product execution. The role requires a deep understanding of commodity trading operations, risk management, business processes, and emerging market trends to ensure iRely continues to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Product Strategy Executive Leadership
Define and execute the long-term vision, product strategy, and roadmap for iRely's CTRM software platform.
Own the complete CTRM product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, industry trends, and corporate growth objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on product direction, market opportunities, competitive positioning, and investment priorities.
Drive innovation through market analysis, customer engagement, and emerging technology adoption.
Establish product priorities that maximize customer value while supporting revenue growth and profitability.
Commodity Trading Risk Management Expertise
Provide subject matter expertise in commodity trading, derivatives, hedging, market risk, credit risk, operational risk, and trading controls.
Guide the development of software supporting front, middle, and back-office trading operations.

Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Track competitive products and industry trends to maintain market leadership.
Measure product success through KPIs, customer adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Industry Engagement
Partner directly with customers to understand operational challenges and future business needs.
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, trading organizations, and strategic clients.
Represent iRely at industry conferences, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and executive briefings.
Support Sales and Professional Services during strategic customer engagements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and product requirements.
Lead Agile product planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software while balancing innovation, customer commitments, and technical priorities.
