Under the direction of the Director of Services (DS), the SILP Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for the initial and ongoing supervision, guidance, and coaching of all Case Planners (CPs), Independent Living Trainers (ILT’s) and related staff. It is a general expectation that the CS will be an effective, successful, and productive Supervisor highlighting the clinical needs of the children/youth/families of the agency at all times. General duties include evaluating employees, providing direct supervision and training of CPs, direct supervision and training of ILT’s, delegating duties with effective follow up, helping to facilitate Child Centered Team Meetings, and complying with all oversight agencies/regulations. A unique aspect of this position is providing a connection and bridge for any child/youth making a meaningful transition within the agency programs and beyond. Utilization of Trauma Informed Care focus is essential in this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or a related field plus five (5) years’ experience in working with complex clients preferably in a residential setting.
- Child Welfare experience is essential, specifically related to developing positive relationships across service systems.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
