Position Details

• Preserve and maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community and facilities
• Full-time position in the Liberty, MO

Primary Duties

• Show available units to prospective tenants and guide them through the application, leasing, and move-in process
• Assist manager in overseeing site staff, leasing, marketing, and property maintenance
• Manage rent collections and tenant ledgers; issue notices for past-due accounts per company policy
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving resident concerns quickly
• Support current residents with ongoing needs and move-outs, including unit inspections
• Work with the maintenance team to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendors/contractors to ensure the property is safe and well maintained

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience required
• Compensation is based on experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and document management
• Knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, or other CRM software is a plus
