The Heartland Family Service Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program is a nationally recognized, evidence-based model that provides comprehensive, community-based support for adults living with serious mental illness.
We are seeking a highly skilled behavioral health professional with experience serving adults with complex mental health needs who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates are strong clinicians, natural mentors, and collaborative leaders who value recovery-oriented care, staff development, and community engagement.
Compensation: between $58,000 and $73,376 per year (salary is based on total years of relevant experience)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
