NSC Staffing is seeking experienced Journeyman Residential Electricians for a high-end residential project in Sarasota, FL

PAY: $25–$32/hr hours: 40 hours per week

START DATE:

6/22/2026 DURATION: 3 months

Journeyman Residential Electrician – High-End Residential

Install electrical systems in custom homes and luxury residential properties.

Install and terminate panels, subpanels, breakers, disconnects, and electrical devices.

Run and secure NM cable, MC cable, and conduit as required.

Install lighting fixtures, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, switches, dimmers, and receptacles.

Perform rough-in and trim-out work according to project schedules.

Read and interpret residential blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components as needed.

Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements and local codes.

Coordinate work with project managers, homeowners, and other trades.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality craftsmanship.

Requirements:

Journeyman-level residential electrical experience.

Experience with custom homes or high-end residential projects preferred.

Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints and electrical plans.

Knowledge of NEC requirements and residential electrical codes.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Must have basic electrical hand tools and PPE.

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
