About the Role

As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll spend most of your time assisting customers by phone—answering inbound calls, providing information, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Your goal is to deliver a positive customer experience while building trust and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Inbound Calls (Primary Focus)

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex situations to the appropriate department.
  • Build positive customer relationships through active listening and effective communication.
  • Promote relevant products, services, or account upgrades when appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Account & Payment Support

  • Process customer payments securely via phone.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, refunds, and account updates.
  • Verify customer information while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account notes in company systems.

Administrative Support

  • Enter and update customer information in CRM and call management systems.
  • Respond to voicemail messages and follow up on customer requests as needed.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and call-handling standards.
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve customer concerns.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
  • Share ideas and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Support team goals while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, contact centers, customer support, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Paid training will be provided for motivated candidates.
