Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
- Support day-to-day operations by managing, assigning, and reassigning tasks across the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and maintain the campaign content calendar, ensuring deadlines are tracked, updated, and clearly communicated to relevant team members.
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support, assisting with prioritization, scheduling, and general coordination.
- Review and edit a variety of content types to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor communication channels and assigned tasks daily (Monday–Thursday) and respond within 24 hours.
- Attend the monthly ARO Company Meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30 pm EST.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week.
- Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
- Long-term volunteer commitment (12+ months) required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and professionalism.
- Highly dependable with strong follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Some background using Canva, Slack, and Asana preferred.
