Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Driver role based in Littleton, MA. The Warehouse Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading products to and from customer locations and branch facilities. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with shipping and receiving activities, verifying orders and paperwork, and ensuring that materials are packed and staged accurately for delivery. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all safety and company procedures. The Warehouse Driver will interact with customers and coworkers regularly, providing courteous service and clear communication while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in unloading, packing, and general material handling to manage products safely and efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess skills in shipping & receiving, including checking orders, tracking inventory, and handling delivery documentation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in forklift operation and safe use of warehouse equipment, with adherence to all safety guidelines.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills for interacting with customers, drivers, and warehouse team members.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to meet company driving and safety standards.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Basic math and reading skills to interpret packing slips, manifests, and delivery instructions.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or delivery operations is preferred but not required.
