To support a high-performance team, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities: Handles full lifecycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding support Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies Builds and maintains talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate outreach Required qualifications: 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical talent across various channels Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to competing priorities
