Job Overview
Are you looking for a short-term opportunity with a great team? Our client, an established engineering firm, is seeking an experience Receptionist/Office Administrator who is organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused to keep their office running smoothly for 4-6 weeks.
This contract position is full time with hours of 8-4:30, pay of $24-25 hourly, and starts at the beginning of August. They offer a great environment, professional office space, and plenty of parking at no cost.
Responsibilities
✅ Answer and direct incoming calls
✅ Sort and distribute incoming mail
✅ Prepare outgoing shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
✅ Assist with small printing projects (training provided)
✅ Request Certificates of Insurance
✅ Order office supplies
✅ Coordinate food orders for meetings and company events
