Apartment Janitor

FOURMIDABLE is seeking a full-time, experienced Apartment Janitor that is dynamic, organized and a self-starter to join our team located at The Abington Apartments in Detroit, MI.

Employees become eligible for paid time off the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Tasks include:

• Laundry duties
• Cleaning resident apartment homes, common areas and occasional vacant properties

The ideal candidate MUST:

• Be able to clean with a strong attention to detail
• Be able to lift 25 pounds
• Be friendly and courteous
• Have good communication skills
