Insurance Sales Professional
We are seeking a licensed insurance professional who enjoys leading sales conversations, uncovering coverage gaps, and helping customers make informed decisions to protect what matters most. Our office culture is positive, competitive, and growth-oriented. We work hard, support one another, and take pride in delivering real value to our customers and community.

Professional Accountability

- Strong communicator with confidence leading sales conversations
- Motivated by growth, performance, and measurable results
- Comfortable with outbound activity and proactive follow-up
- Team-oriented but personally accountable for outcomes
Note: We are open to speaking with motivated candidates who are not yet licensed but are serious about building a professional sales career in insurance. Licensing must be completed before starting in the role.
