HVAC Install Helper (Entry Level)

Position: Entry-Level HVAC Install Helper

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Summary:

The HVAC Install Helper supports lead installers in the installation, replacement, and maintenance of HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable performing physical work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Help remove old HVAC equipment and prepare work areas.
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping under supervision.
• Clean and organize work areas before, during, and after installations.
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and testing of installed systems.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor

Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
