Home Health Aide (HHA / Caregiver)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support so seniors can live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring and range‑of‑motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders, document client condition, and notify supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and active HHA certificate in FL.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare role (preferred).
- Level 2 background screening (fingerprinting).
- CPR/BLS certification.
- COVID‑19 vaccination card.
- Valid FL driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
- Compassionate and helpful nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
