Who You Are
Dental Assistant (RDA preferred, but not required)
Fast, organized, and detail-obsessed
Naturally warm, welcoming, and aware of people
You move with urgency but not chaos

Keeps rooms, tools, and energy tight and clean

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist doctors across general, cosmetic, and Invisalign workflows
Turn over rooms quickly and flawlessly
Support a smooth, elevated patient experience from start to finish
Anticipate needs—of doctors, hygienists, and patients
Help maintain a high-functioning, high-energy environment

Brand-new operatories (expanding to 16–20 chairs)
