What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, uphold brand standards, and help develop a winning team. You’ll be a go-to leader on the floor and play a key role in store performance and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and training crew members
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and team performance
• Handle register operations, cash handling, and bank deposits
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health compliance
• Monitor inventory levels and support vendor communication
• Step in as Manager-on-Duty when needed
• Uphold Auntie Anne’s standards in appearance, service, and quality

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Leadership or shift supervisor experience preferred
• Positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable, organized, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
