Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop unique therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their personal functional outcomes.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work harmoniously with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, nurses, and physicians to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide essential guidance to patients and their families on therapy techniques to facilitate continuous improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Make Adjustments: Monitor clinical outcomes effectively and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay on track toward recovery.

Education • Must possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Continued education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
