🔧 Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Line Operation:

Responsible for operation of the line in compliance with defined standards, production orders, and operating procedures.

• Testing & Assembly:

Perform continuity testing and mold plugs on the end of cords.

• Packaging:

Package finished product into proper sleeves and place sleeves into master cartons.

• Sealing & Loading:

Seal carton with a hand-held tape machine and load cartons onto skids.

• Quality & Specs:

Conduct visual examination of wire to determine conformity to specifications and quality standards.

• Machine Set-Up & Operation:

Read and interpret coiling breakdown to determine proper length of wire, set up coiling heads to correct size, and operate a coiling machine.

• Finishing:

Remove outer jacket on ends of coiled wire to specifications.

✔️ Must-Haves (Minimum Requirements)

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Good overall attendance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
