We are seeking motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to join a high-performance inside sales team. This is a phone-based sales role where you will engage with prospects, build interest, and convert opportunities into qualified appointments or sales.

What You’ll Do
Outbound & Inbound Sales Activity
•
Make high-volume outbound calls using company-provided leads
•
Handle inbound inquiries and respond in a timely, professional manner
•
Engage prospects, build rapport, and create interest in products/services
Lead Qualification & Conversion
•
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
•
Clearly communicate value, benefits, and next steps
•
Set appointments or close sales depending on campaign structure
Pipeline & Performance Management
•
Track daily activity including calls, contacts, and conversions
•
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
•
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
