Trojan Solar is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing roofing team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. We're looking for self-driven people who enjoy building relationships and want the freedom to control their own success.

No roofing sales experience? We'll provide training and support for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through door-to-door, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing solutions.
• Schedule and perform roof inspections.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the project.
• Keep customers informed by updating project milestones in our project management system.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Trojan Solar professionally in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet.
• Ability to work independently.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. There is no hourly pay or salary.

Pay: $91,360.38 - $110,025.41 per year
