Assistant - Production (Day, Swing & Graveyard Shifts Available) Overview

We are seeking motivated Production Assistants to support finishing and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with opportunities for advancement into specialized areas including masking, anodizing, plating, and other aerospace processing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Package, wrap, and prepare finished aerospace components for shipment
  • Follow written work instructions and quality standards
  • Assist team members to maintain efficient production flow
  • Support cross-training initiatives in masking and other production processes
  • Perform general shop housekeeping and clean-up duties
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the facility
  • Support additional production activities as needed

Qualifications Required

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to learn new skills

Preferred

  • Machine operation experience
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment
  • Previous aerospace, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience
