We are looking for an energetic Property Manager to be responsible for the oversight of a Mobile Home Community. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. 5 years' prior experience in RV or Mobile Home Park management is preferred. The Manager position provides on-site housing and is required to live on-site.
Responsibilities for Property Manager
- Manage rent roll, distribute rent statements, collect rents and deposits.
- Prepare and serve legal notices; enforce the community's rules and regulations.
- Maintain required logs and forms and comply with all laws and regulations related to the management and operation of the property.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents.
- Screen all resident applications and track home sales, rentals and vacancies.
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance by tracking Manager's budget and forecast.
- Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage.
Skills for Property Manager
- 5 years' proven work experience as a Property Manager.
- Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
- In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
- Resident-focused and bottom-line oriented.
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
Background check and drug screen required prior to employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
