Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced assembler to perform mechanical assembly of parts and subassemblies in a modern manufacturing environment. This role involves reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve production processes while working closely with engineering and production teams.
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot and fix assembly issues as they come up
- Perform quality checks and testing on finished products
- Help train and support junior assemblers
- Work with engineering and production teams to solve problems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical assembly skills (small and large parts)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Team player with good communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience training or leading others
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Experience with automated or semi-automated equipment
Work Environment
- Clean, modern, air-conditioned facility
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Monday Friday, 5:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Must be open to occasional overtime or Saturdays

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
