Prime Cut Server (Part Time)

The Prime Cut Server will help deliver an elevated dining experience at our signature steakhouse, providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest. In this hands-on role, you’ll take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensure accuracy in service and transactions, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment while adhering to fine dining standards. As a Prime Cut Server, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
