Food Truck Cook/Operator

$20/hr + Tips | Full Time

We are an established brewery with our own in-house food truck and are looking for a cook to help run the truck.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fast-paced food service, brewery culture, and working independently in a small team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You will help with the day-to-day operation of the food truck, including:

• Driving the truck to and from the commissary
• Cooking during service
• Food prep at the commissary and on the truck
• Setup, service, and breakdown including dishes
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assisting with inventory organization and restocking
• Supporting all day-to-day truck operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and handle pressure during busy service
• Food truck or experience is a big plus
• Cooking experience is a requirement
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and stadium event days
