Job Title: Front Desk Treatment Coordinator (Dental Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced and personable Front Desk Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
• Schedule appointments efficiently across both office locations
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle insurance, payments, and financing discussions
• Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and patients
• Support daily front office operations to ensure a seamless workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at both Morgan Hill and San Jose locations
