Treston Security Services is currently hiring professional, polished, and customer-service-oriented Talent Escort Security Officers for a major convention in San Diego, California from July 23 – July 27, 2026.
Talent Escort Officers are responsible for assisting with the movement and protection of talent, VIPs, special guests, speakers, executives, and event personnel throughout the convention. This position requires professionalism, discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Job Responsibilities
•
Escort talent, VIPs, speakers, executives, and special guests throughout the convention venue
•
Maintain a professional, discreet, and polished security presence
•
Assist with access control and credential verification
•
Ensure only authorized individuals access restricted areas
•
Coordinate with event management, supervisors, and security teams
•
Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and event personnel
•
Monitor assigned areas for safety and security concerns
•
Maintain confidentiality regarding talent and event operations
•
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or requests for assistance
•
Complete reports as required by the company or event management team
Qualifications
•
Valid California Guard Card (Required)
•
Must be at least 21 years of age
•
Previous security, customer service, convention, or special event experience preferred
•
Professional appearance and demeanor
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-profile environments
•
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
