Marketplace Cook 3

The Cook 3 will support daily kitchen operations at Marketplace, our fast-casual dining venue offering a variety of fresh, made-to-order meals. In this entry-level culinary role, you’ll assist with food prep, cooking, and station support across broiler, sauté, and prep areas, while following recipes and upholding quality standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1–3 months of experience, basic knife skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll work closely with culinary leadership to ensure a clean, well-organized kitchen and timely service. As a Cook 3, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
