From high-fashion and commercial modeling to pageantry and etiquette training, you will be the gateway to new opportunities in the El Paso area.
The Role
As our Talent Recruiter, you will leverage your sales background to source, screen, and sign top-tier talent. You won’t just fill roles; you’ll develop creative recruitment strategies and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pool that aligns with our agency's prestigious reputation. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role perfect for a scout who thrives on discovering potential and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop "outside-the-box" recruitment strategies using Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, talent databases, and local professional networking.
- Candidate Engagement: Actively scout, attract, and screen potential talent through phone/video interviews to ensure they meet our agency's brand standards.
- Growth & Sales: Meet assigned talent acquisition and sales targets, contributing innovative ideas for high-conversion lead generation.
- Relationship Management: Schedule client consultations, walk-ins, and auditions while maintaining an organized, up-to-date candidate database.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in a Sales, Account Management, or High-Volume Scouting role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport, exude professionalism, and pitch the value of our agency.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in social media platforms (sourcing via DM/hashtags), applicant tracking tools, and general office software.
- Mindset: A "fast-paced" hustle mentality with the sharp organizational skills needed to manage multiple talent leads simultaneously.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
