Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Zoho Specialist and Automation Engineer to serve as the architect of our internal systems. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into seamless, automated workflows that drive efficiency across the entire organization. This is a critical position for a technical problem-solver who enjoys building scalable infrastructure and ensuring that our data ecosystem remains robust, integrated, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom end-to-end automations across the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM, Books, and Creator.
Write and optimize Deluge scripts to handle complex logic, API integrations, and data triggers.
Build and manage sophisticated workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to eliminate manual tasks.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via REST APIs and middleware solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
Act as the internal technical lead for all system upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
