The role of a Artisan Baker at Dunkin Donuts entails the preparation of an assortment of donuts, breads, pastries, and baked delicacies; executing daily par sheets diligently; manufacturing top-notch baked products in line with the strict guidelines set by Dunkin Donuts; accommodating changes in inventory requirements; and ensuring adherence to both health department regulations and company food safety measures through proper sanitation and food handling practices.

Responsibilities for Artisan Baker:

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items.
  • Operate ovens and other baking equipment, ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection.
  • Monitor ingredient inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Regularly inspect baked goods for quality, ensuring they meet the bakery’s standards in appearance, texture, and taste.

Physical Requirements for Artisan Baker:

  • Capacity to stay on one's feet for prolonged periods.
  • Skill in manipulating, shaping, and carrying hefty bags of flour, sugar, and similar baking supplies (weighing up to 50 pounds).
